I know I haven’t had that much consistency in this blog, but since my classes have started, I felt very much obliged to make an official hiatus post.
I’ll try my best not to abandon this blog (and my collection of sites as a whole), but don’t expect any big updates until winter break. Yeah, grad student life is harsh, but that’s what I asked for, so I am more than happy to make these concessions lmao.
At this point in my life, I have been contemplating the positive changes in my life. A lot has happened in the past year: I got married, moved abroad, travelled to several places… and now I am able to see these gorgeous places in my daily commute. I couldn’t be more blessed.

If I had to complain about anything, it’s racism and xenophobia that I, a person of colour, will inevitably be a victim of. These anti-immigration protests have been wild lately. It’s so frustrating to think that the world is getting more and more intolerant, especially now that I am trying to chase my lifelong dreams of being a world citizen.
Anyways, now I’ll share my current obsession, this song that always plays on repeat on my mp3 player on my way to uni lol. I adore Marina so much, hope one day I’ll see her live.
See you later!

I’m sorry to hear about your struggles. Take your time and take good care of yourself!
Hello Sakkie! I just discovered your blog through watching LuvStarKei’s video, and I just want to say I love how sweet it looks! Just like candy, especially that rainbow trim, I want to *eat it*.
I noticed that you’ve emigrated to live in Ireland, and that you’re also an artist, like anime and manga, are a sushi lover, enjoy traveling… just like myself! :3 That’s so cool! On a side note, why is tamago sushi so hard to find here in Ireland? I miss kokoro sushi sometimes, they had tamago sushi…
I hope you feel better soon, I could honestly rant for so long about bigots who spread hate towards hard working immigrants, but that would quickly turn into a novel, haha. At the end of the day, we all live on this island together to support it and each other. Natives complaining about foreign folk living in their country, while 80 million of said natives live scattered abroad worldwide will always be hypocritical and funny.
Have a lovely December and a Happy New Year!!
^_^
Omg hiii! Thank you for leaving such a sweet comment on my blog <3 It's so cool that you found my site and you also live in Ireland! tbh I haven't made any friends who are also into the same stuff as me T_T oh, I do think tamago sushi is a bit underrated in general, most sushi places in Brazil also don't make it...
I'm fine, I guess I've been lucky lately to avoid these people. They scare the hell out of me, tho. I always leave my house in fear ngl, I think I have developed some kind of PTSD when I see teenagers, especially those in tracksuits lmao.
A merry Christmas and a happy new year to you as well! ♥
